These Terms of Use aim to define the rules to be followed for the use of the ShopMaven Shopify App and the information contained therein, without prejudice to the application of applicable laws.

BY INSTALLING AND USING THE SHOPMAVEN SHOPIFY APP YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, HOLDING YOURSELF FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIONS PERFORMED BY YOU THROUGH THE APP OR RELATED SERVICES. 1.WHAT IS THE SHOPMAVEN SHOPIFY APP?

Services. ShopMaven Shopify App is a Shopify application that automatically syncs your product catalog to the ShopMaven platform, ensuring your product data is always accurate and up to date. This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and saves merchants time by keeping product information consistent across platforms.
Data Synchronization. The app automatically synchronizes your Shopify product catalog, including product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, and inventory levels with the ShopMaven platform. This synchronization occurs in real-time or at regular intervals to maintain data accuracy.
Disclaimers. By using the ShopMaven Shopify App you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the information released in the application as well as the data shared by you. Consult our team for more information.
Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the application at any time in case of suspected fraud, obtaining benefits or advantages unlawfully, or failure to comply with any conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws. In such cases, no compensation will be due to you, and QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP may pursue appropriate legal action if necessary, as well as take any other necessary measures to protect its interests.

2.HOW DO I ACCESS THE SHOPMAVEN SHOPIFY APP?

Installation. To access the ShopMaven Shopify App and use its functionalities, you must install it from the Shopify App Store and complete the integration process.
API Key Authentication. After installation, you will need to generate an API key from your ShopMaven dashboard and configure it within the app to establish the connection between your Shopify store and the ShopMaven platform.
Age of Use. To use the ShopMaven Shopify App you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and have the legal authority to manage the Shopify store where the app is being installed.

3.DATA HANDLING AND PRIVACY

Data Collection. The ShopMaven Shopify App collects and processes your Shopify product data, including but not limited to: product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, inventory levels, and other product-related information necessary for synchronization.
Data Usage. Your product data is used exclusively for:
- Synchronizing your product catalog with the ShopMaven platform
- Maintaining data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Providing customer support and troubleshooting
- Improving app functionality and performance
Data Deletion. If you uninstall the app or disconnect it from your Shopify store, all your product data will be permanently deleted from our database within 30 days. This includes all synchronized product information, images, and related metadata.

4.WHAT ARE QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP RIGHTS OVER THE APP?

Our Rights. All rights related to the ShopMaven Shopify App and its functionalities are exclusively owned by QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP, including its code, algorithms, interfaces, and any other content produced directly or indirectly by QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP ("App Content"). The ShopMaven Shopify App Content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, upload, display, license, sell, or reverse engineer the ShopMaven Shopify App Content for any purpose without the prior express consent of QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP.

5.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE SOFTWARE AND MATERIALS PROVIDED

Intellectual Property. For us at QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP, the quality of the materials provided to the user is of utmost importance. Their creation is the result of hard work and dedication from our developers. Therefore, we affirm that QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP guarantees that all rights, title, and interest (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights) regarding the service provided by us will remain under the ownership of QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP.
Non-Acquisition of Rights. The user will not acquire any ownership rights over the services and content of QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP, unless expressly granted in these Terms of Use.
Content Download. It is prohibited for the user to download our content with the intention of storing it in a database to offer it to a third party other than the user. It is also prohibited to use the content provided by us to create a database or a service that may compete in any way with our business.

6.COMPLAINTS REGARDING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Copyright Infringement. Allegations of copyright infringement of any content available on the ShopMaven Shopify App should be sent via email to [email protected].

7.USER AND QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility for Use. You are solely responsible for the use of the ShopMaven Shopify App, and must comply with the rules of these Terms of Use, as well as the applicable laws regarding the app.
Data Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that the product data in your Shopify store is accurate and up to date. The app will synchronize whatever data is present in your Shopify store.
Accountability for Any Damages. QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP, its owner, affiliates, partners, or employees will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from or related to the access, use, or inability to access or use the ShopMaven Shopify App.
Non-Liability. GIVEN THE INHERENT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE INTERNET ENVIRONMENT, QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERRUPTIONS OR SUSPENSIONS OF CONNECTION, INCOMPLETE OR FAILED COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS, OR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ELECTRONIC MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY NETWORK, HARDWARE, OR SOFTWARE. THE UNAVAILABILITY OF INTERNET ACCESS OR ACCESS TO THE ShopMaven Shopify App, AS WELL AS ANY INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT THE ShopMaven Shopify App AND ANY HUMAN, TECHNICAL, OR OTHER TYPE OF FAILURE IN THE PROCESSING OF ShopMaven Shopify App INFORMATION, SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED THE RESPONSIBILITY OF QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP.
Maintenance. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the security of your device environment (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.) by using available tools such as antivirus software, firewalls, and others to contribute to the prevention of electronic risks.
Third-Party Services. The ShopMaven Shopify App integrates with Shopify and may contain links to third-party services. This does not imply in any way that QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP endorses, verifies, guarantees, or has any connection with the owners of those services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, practices, or opinions.

8.DATA COLLECTION AND SYNCHRONIZATION

What data does the ShopMaven Shopify App collect? The app automatically collects and synchronizes your Shopify product data, including product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, inventory levels, and other product-related information necessary for the synchronization service.
Authorization for Data Collection. By installing and using our app, you agree to and authorize the collection and synchronization of your Shopify product data with the ShopMaven platform. This synchronization is essential for providing the core functionality of the app.
Use of Information. The collected information will be used exclusively for the following purposes:
Synchronizing your product catalog with the ShopMaven platform to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
Providing the core functionality of the app, including automatic product data updates and inventory management.
Conducting statistical analysis and research to optimize the services and features offered by the app.
Confidentiality and Security. We are committed to implementing reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data collected through the app. Technical and organizational safeguards are in place to protect the information during synchronization.
Access to Data. Only authorized personnel within our team will have access to the collected data, and they are obligated to maintain its confidentiality.
Data Retention. We will retain the collected data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or regulation. Upon app uninstallation or disconnection, all data will be deleted within 30 days.

9.WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE?

Changes. To improve your experience the ShopMaven Shopify App is constantly being updated. Therefore, these Terms of Use may be changed at any time to reflect the adjustments made.
Conflict of Provisions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and any modified terms, the later terms shall prevail with respect to such conflict.
Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any questions and situations not provided for in these Terms of Use will be initially resolved by QUANTUM TECH SOLUTIONS CORP, and if they persist, shall be resolved by the courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, excluding any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be or become.
